ASWICH offers prewired solar combiner boxes with not only string protection, surge protection and disconnection but also with additional monitoring devices.
We delivers factory-assembled combiner box solutions in multiple sizes appropriate for a single string, or up to 32 strings in 1000V and 1500VDC. They are suitable for use in residential, commercial and utility scale projects.
- Professional PV Combiner Box: PV combiner box tidied up connection and confluence of photovoltaic modules. It is used to reduce the connection of the photovoltaic array to the inverter and optimize the system structure. Make it easy to cut off the circuit in maintenance and reduce the scope of the power outage when the photovoltaic system fails. It will make the photovoltaic system at its best and increase output power.
- Secure & Reliable Protection: The solar PV combiner box is equipped with 4 pcs 15A DC fuses, a high-voltage lightning arrester, and a 500V 63A circuit breaker. It has short circuit/lightning surge/over-voltage/over-current protection/grounding protection to avoid damage to photovoltaic panels and inverters when fault occurs.
- IP65 Waterproof & ABS Shell: The IP65 design of the solar PV combiner shell is waterproof and dustproof, ensuring that frequent replacement is not needed. The sturdy shell is made of high-quality ABS plastic material, insulating, moisture-proof, and has no dripping. In addition, it has impact resistance and high break resistance, keeping your equipment well protected in harsh environments.
- Easy Installation & Wiring: A plug & play and pre-connected cable offers an easy solution for solar panel connection, saving at least 1-2 hours of wiring by hand. The box PV combiner can be mounted on any regular surface with provided mounting buckles, and no key is needed to open and close the box. Built-in with a ground wire connector, ground wire installation is also available. Compatible with any brand of solar panels with solar connectors.
- Extensive Application: The combiner box is a perfect device for outdoor installation and use. Suitable for photovoltaic on-grid/off-grid solar power generation systems, solar panel systems, PV array, RV solar power, home solar panel systems. What is the max output wire size
Answer:
It could run max 58A. You should use 4-6 AWG wire for the output. But we could only fit for 6 AWG wire now. We would update this unit in the next version and make it could fit 4 AWG wires
It says 1400w for 24v system, i have1600w because of 4s 4 p 100w 12v panels, this combiner box 1400w max? mine is 1600w which is 200 w over

you should get 4 panels in 1 string. Then you would get a 48v combination and use 1 string in this box. 4 sting= 16 panels and it would work since the max current for 1 string would be 15A for this system. The cords and fuses are fitted.
Where can I buy Replacement 15a fuses?
